Welcome to the future of fitness. If you’ve just received your Visionbody Ultimate Fast-Track Muscle System, you’re not just holding workout gear; you’re holding an FDA-cleared and TÜV-certified piece of German technology designed to help you train efficiently in as little as 20 minutes.

Maybe your goal is to lose weight, build lean muscle, improve overall strength, or support your long-term wellbeing. Whatever your “why” is, this guide will walk you through exactly how to use your Visionbody suit, from first setup to your first session and beyond.

Before You Start

Before putting on your suit, take a few minutes to set everything up properly:

  • Charge your PowerBox using the included USB-C cable
  • Wait until the white indicator lights turn off (fully charged)
  • Download the MyVisionbody App
  • Create your account and verify your email (check spam if needed)
  • Read the user manual for safety basics

A short warm-up before your training session is strongly recommended. And last but not least, check out our YouTube channel for suggested workout videos and other useful tips.

What Is the Visionbody Suit?

The Visionbody Ultimate Fast-Track Muscle system is more than apparel; it’s a wearable EMS training system designed to activate up to 98% of your muscles simultaneously.

  • Antibacterial textile, second-skin fit
  • 24 integrated dry electrodes across 12 channels
  • No water, no gels, no cables
  • Fully wireless movement

Using EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) combined with EMA (Electro Myo Activation), the suit targets both surface and deep stabilizing muscles, areas often missed in traditional training.

How to Put On the Suit

  • Pull down the zipper at the back of the Visionbody PowerSuit until it is fully open.
  • Step into the suit one leg at a time, pulling it up until it reaches your hips, alternating legs.
  • Once the suit reaches your waist level, slip your arms into its sleeves one by one, and gently pull the sleeves onto your shoulders. Then adjust the sleeves so the electrodes are securely in place.
  • When the suit is securely placed on both shoulders, hold the bottom of the zipper with one hand and with the other hand gently pull the zipper guide upward in a vertical position to about halfway up the back.

  • When the zipper guide is halfway up, hold the open ends of the zipper at the top together and continue to gently pull the zipper guide all the way up until the zipper is fully closed. Secure the zipper fastener at the top and at the bottom to prevent the zipper from opening during exercise.
  • Make sure the suit fits well on your body, and the electrodes are in the right place.
  • Attach the Visionbody PowerBox to your suit by aligning the magnetic connector on the PowerBox with the connector on the suit until you hear a click. Secure the PowerBox with the velcro strap.

  • To start training, log into the app and switch on the Powerbox by pressing and holding the on/off button for 3 seconds until a double beep sound is heard.

You can find more information about how to get started with your Visionbody suit, explained in a simple and fun way, in this animated video made by one of our trainers:

How to Connect the PowerBox and App

  2. Secure it with the velcro strap

How to Insert The Battery Into The Powerbox

First-Session Settings

Your first session should be controlled and gradual:

  • Hydrate well before starting your training session
  • Start with a short warm-up (5 minutes)
  • Increase intensity muscle group by muscle group
  • Aim for strong but comfortable contractions
  • Never sacrifice proper form

Important: Sweat improves conductivity, so doing a warm-up before intensity adjustments helps.

Training Frequency

For most users:

  • 20-25 minutes per session
  • 2-3 sessions per week

Consistency matters more than volume. EMS is designed to be efficient, not excessive.

What Types of Training Can You Do With Visionbody?

Because I created this suit with freedom of movement in mind, you can do almost any type of training while wearing it and ensure that you activate almost all of your muscle fibers in a short period of time.

You can do:

  • Boxing, TRX training, and pilates
  • You can play golf, you can go for a jog, or just walk your dog
  • You can take it with you to your bouncing class
  • You can lift weights or do some simple exercises

The list would be never-ending if I started to name all the workouts you could do with your Visionbody suit. The important part is to keep moving. Just remember it has electrical parts in it, so don’t take it for a swim.

I also wrote this article titled Your Complete EMS Training Guide, and my advice is to give it a read. In it, you will find tips on how to start EMS training at home and suggested EMS training routines.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Training dehydrated or on an empty stomach

  • Setting intensity too high too fast

  • Using the suit with contraindications (e.g., pacemaker, pregnancy)

  • Ignoring proper form during exercises

Safety and control always come first.

Cleaning and Care

Because the suit is made from antibacterial textile, and it doesn’t need to be wetted before being used, there is no need to wash it after every session. You can carefully turn it inside out, gently wipe the electrodes with a damp cloth, and hang it up in a well-ventilated place after you finish training. Remember to keep the suit away from any source of heat.

If you wish to wash the suit, please respect these instructions to make sure you won't damage it:

  • First, make sure that all zippers are fully closed.

  • Remove the PowerBox: Never get it wet! If it needs cleaning, you can wipe it down with a soft cloth.

  • Ensure that the velcro fastening strap attached to the suit is out of the strap loop and securely closed.

  • The suit should be with the right side out. The right side out is when the Visionbody logo is visible.

  • Carefully put the Visionbody suit into the mesh laundry bag and make sure its connection plate is clearly visible through the mesh laundry bag.

  • Put the laundry bag with the suit in it into the washing machine. It is recommended to only use a mild, bleach-free, fragrance-free, sensitive detergent or baby shampoo with a pH level of 8 to 8.5.

  • Choose a short, gentle washing program ( 15 minutes ). A Visionbody garment should be spun with an exact spin speed of 800 RPM. When washing, don’t exceed the temperature of +30 degrees Celsius / +86 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • After the suit is washed, it should only be dried naturally by either being hung up or laid flat in a shaded, well-ventilated place; do not put it into the dryer.

Growing With Your Suit: Resizing and Upgrading

As your body changes, your suit fit may change too.

If the suit becomes too loose or too tight, electrode contact will be affected. In that case, you can:

  • Keep your PowerBox

  • Order a new PowerSuit size

Contact support for resizing options.
