Are you ready to get your body back in shape, but don't have a lot of free time and can’t spend endless hours in the gym?
Then, training with an EMS suit might be the best solution for you.
In this article, I’ll explain what works, when you can see the difference between your before and after pics, and how to get the results you’re looking for.
What is EMS training?
Let’s skip the complicated explanation. In short, EMS means electrical muscle stimulation.
How does it work?
You wear an EMS suit and do your favorite workout routine ( body-weight exercises, light resistance, cardio, walking, etc). The electrodes in the suit will send electrical impulses to your muscles, amplifying every move you make.
Meaning that you get to feel the strain and see the results of a 90-minute gym training in just 20 minutes.
Before & After: What do you really get
I imagine you have a lot of questions, like: „ Will EMS training help me lose fat? Does EMS training really work? Will I build muscle or change shape?”
The answer is: YES, if you use your EMS suit correctly, start eating healthy, and make sure you get enough sleep.
EMS helps you get the results you are after in a more efficient, faster way, but it is not a magic tool that can replace a healthy lifestyle or functional movement. Nor do I want it to be. When I created Visionbody, my goal was to help people stay fit and healthy, even if they have a busy life.

What research finds:
What does that mean for you?
-
You can get your dream waistline and get rid of that stubborn fat because the EMS suit activates almost all your muscle mass, so your energy use goes up.
-
You not only get to build your muscle mass, but you get to keep it too, which is important because muscle burns calories even at rest.
-
If you train consistently, your results will leave you with a toned body, better posture, stronger core and glutes, defined waist, tighter skin, and better bone density.
Calories & Efficiency: How many do you burn?
If you got this far, you’re probably wondering, „How many calories can I burn during an EMS training session”?
I won't bore you with other lab study examples. The feedback we get from fitness studios and related businesses from all over the world that have integrated EMS training with Visionbody into their services says that a 20-minute EMS training session burns between 300-500 calories, depending on the user's body, workout intensity, type of workout, and suit settings.
Why does building muscle help you lose fat?
Building muscle mass helps you boost your metabolism and burn calories even between your workouts.
Why is that happening? Because muscle is much more metabolically active than fat, so, it requires you to spend a lot more energy ( calories ) to maintain it.
By doing your training with an EMS suit, you activate even the muscle fibers you rarely use, thus you build lean muscle mass faster than you would with traditional training alone. That translates to faster and easier to maintain weight loss results.

After the session: The training keeps working
That's the magic of training with an EMS suit. You feel the burn and strain during that 20-25 minute workout, but it doesn’t stop once you are finished.
Because EMS helps you activate almost all your muscles in such a short period of time, it forces your body to rebuild and adapt. This causes the afterburn effect called EPOC, which means you keep burning calories even after your workouts.
Over time, because you will increase your lean muscle mass, your resting metabolic rate will increase too. In other words, the EMS suit helps you get lasting change, and it’s not just providing short-term results.
Real “Before and After” example
We recently had a client, a woman who has been trying to lose weight for quite some time.
She has tried different methods available on the market, like fat freezing and even Ozempic, but she couldn’t maintain the weight loss results for long.
This is how she found us. She was looking for training methods that would fit into her busy schedule to not only help her lose the extra fat but also to maintain her body weight over time.
She was wearing an XL size suit when she first started, and in 6 months, she dropped to an M size. Over the months that followed, she kept a consistent training routine and healthy diet, and she is now wearing an S-size suit to do her workouts.
The best part was to see her get her confidence and glow back; she is absolutely radiating, and her skin looks fabulous.

Why is Visionbody the best choice if you want to lose weight with EMS?
Because you deserve the best option that exists on the market right now!
Here is what sets Visionbody apart from all the other EMS systems that exist:
-
Visionbody is the first full-body wireless EMS system. Others have tried to copy our technology, but they are not quite there yet.
-
Our system has 12 channels, 24 integrated dry electrodes that target with precision all important parts of the body ( shoulders, inner thighs, calves, core, glutes ).
-
Made from antibacterial textile, the suit is easy to wash and maintain, and, what’s more, it doesn't need wetting. You don’t have to worry about bad smells or moldy suits.
-
Created with full mobility in mind, no cables, no weird wires, no complicated setup, just ease of use and sleek design. You can train anywhere. Yoga in the park? Got it, Jogging? Yup. All without getting weird looks from other people.
-
A dedicated app to help you personalize your training, and also choose the intensity that you are comfortable with for each muscle group, because we don’t believe in one size fits all. Some people have more body fat and need to ramp up the intensity, while others need lower intensity levels.
-
Our system is both FDA-approved and TÜV-certified. We take pride in German quality technology and in-house manufacturing.
Quick FAQ
Does EMS alone guarantee weight loss?
No. Although EMS helps you lose weight, if you want to see results, you still have to eat healthy or be on a calorie deficit if you have a lot of fat you need to get rid of. Keeping a regular sleep and recovery schedule also matters, as well as doing consistent exercise. Don't expect to just wear the suit and do nothing; it still requires some effort.
Is EMS safe?
Yes, training with a certified EMS suit is safe, but if you have underlying health issues like epilepsy, cardiovascular problems, or if you have a pacemaker, etc, please consult your health care provider first, as in some cases, EMS training isn’t recommended.
How soon will I see visible “before & after” changes?
You can see results after consistently training for 6-12 weeks. You will feel more energized and toned earlier, but major weight loss drops come over time.
Does it work if I’m older or out of shape?
Absolutely. I actually highly recommend it for older people. We lose 10% of our muscle mass per decade after 30. EMS provides an easy, friendly way to rebuild muscle and keep it, helping us stay healthy and fit as we age.
Final word
To recap, you can absolutely get your dream results with an EMS suit, no matter if your goal is weight loss, to improve your posture, or just to tone your body by building your muscle mass. But the secret is to combine the EMS training with proper exercise, a healthy diet, plenty of rest, and to make sure you choose the best EMS system.
If you’re ready to burn calories, build muscle, and see your body change shape, let’s make it happen. Get your EMS suit right now and step on your path to transformation.
