Return and refund policy
To initiate a return and refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team within the 21-day return window to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Once you receive your RA number, securely package the product with all its original components and labels.
- Include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice inside the package.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package back to the address provided by our Customer Support team.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
We offer a 21-day return window; however, certain conditions apply. The 21-day period starts from the delivery date, not from the first time the product is used. For example, if the product is used for the first time after several weeks or months, it will no longer be eligible for return.
To qualify for a full refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging materials and accessories. This means the item should be clean, properly packed, and protected as it was when delivered.
Returns that arrive damaged, excessively used, dirty, or without proper packaging and protection may be subject to deductions or may not qualify for a full refund.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, please contact our Customer Support team to arrange the exchange. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item or may offer a replacement or refund.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return as described above.
