The Truth Behind Our Delays And the Light Ahead

Dear Visionbody Community,

We have arrived at mid-November 2025, and I want to speak openly with every person who trusts us. You deserve to know exactly what has been happening behind the scenes.

These past few months have tested us more than any other time in our company’s history. From supply chain breakdowns to new customs regulations and now an ongoing U.S. government shutdown, we’ve faced challenge after challenge.

And yet, we are still here. Still standing. Still delivering. And we will not stop until every single client has what they ordered and more.

What Went Wrong?

The roadblocks have been brutal:

  • Critical components were missing due to unpredictable customs regulations.
  • Some of our shipments were even held for weeks and returned to Europe after being stuck in customs for reasons beyond our control.
  • The U.S. government shutdown has made things worse. Customs clearance, logistics, and transportation have all been impacted nationally, leading to even more delays and confusion.

Why Has This Been So Personal?

We are not a faceless corporation. We are a family business. And when something this big hits us, it doesn’t just hit the company. It affects our homes, our loved ones, our health, and our peace of mind.

As the founder and CEO, I have been battling cancer throughout this period. While going through medical treatments, I also carried the weight of this crisis on my shoulders. The stress of these delays was not just logistical. It was emotional. It was human. It affected our reputation, and most painfully, the trust of our clients, the people who believed in us.

But I never gave up. I am now cancer-free after two long years and 15 tumors throughout my body. And just like me, my company is healing, rebuilding, and coming back stronger than ever.

That is also why I continue to perfect this system because it has helped me more than you can imagine. And I truly believe it can help others, too. This is not just about muscles. It is about something much deeper.

The Positive News?

Even through all of this, the progress we’ve made is real, and we want to share that with you:

  • Production is now at full speed. We have hired more workers, added new machines, and are working overtime to catch up.
  • We already serve over 5,000 clients in the USA alone, and thousands more across Europe.
  • Every suit is made with precision, built specifically for each client, and handled with great care. This is not mass-produced. This is high-level German quality manufacturing.
  • We have never relied on hype or cheap Chinese products. Everything we build is grounded in real science, made in our own facility, under strict quality control.
  • We have more than 11 years of experience in EMS technology. We have always delivered on our promises, and we will do it again now.

What Happens Next?

Here is exactly what we are doing from this point forward:

  • We are pushing to complete as many deliveries as possible by mid-December. The remaining orders will continue in January.

  •  We have scaled production to higher levels, but this takes time, as each unit must meet our strict standards before shipping.

This is not a scam. This is not a delay without cause. This is not a company falling apart. These words hurt deeply. Every tough moment and every frustration have been felt and shared with you. We hear you, and we understand the disappointment and concern.

This is a real company with real people, real struggles, and a deep commitment to every client we serve. Not a single person will be left behind. Every single order will be honored. The weight is real, but so is the reward.

You’re tired and frustrated from all the waiting. I see it and I truly understand. But the sun is finally shining again for us and for you.
